Physical Laboratory Testing Services

Our company’s earliest days in the 1950s were grounded in laboratory testing and our original tagline: Test and Be Sure. We keep that old-school understanding and pair it with state-of-the-art tools to determine structural integrity before a material goes to work.

Fabricated components are the building block of construction. The fabrication process can introduce defects, and weldments must be inspected before use. We have more than 50 years of experience evaluating fabricated components for flaws, and our in-house welding facility and AWS-certified welding inspectors certify and qualify welders and welding procedures for the most demanding industries.

All physical testing takes place in our ISO-accredited facility, which meets the standards of more than a dozen agencies. Certain materials and equipment can also be examined on site by a qualified technician.

You need accurate numbers on a schedule so a project stays on track. If your timeline demands it, we expedite the testing analysis. Computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) services are available for professional presentation of inspection detail.

Field testing is also available, with the option to have certain materials or equipment examined on site by a technician seasoned in your industry.
